First day at gym - Today morning I was scheduled at the Agrani gym in our locality. Nice atmosphere, the trainer Sameer da was also very friendly. He insisted me cycling a kilometre in the cycling kiosk with level 14 tightness. Then I was tasked on a machine which enabled me to walk-in-the-moon type. Slowly with movement of full body. Then I joined on a circular disc where I twisted my body left and right to fullest. Then few weight pressings at machine. He also taught me to do Body press, push-ups (which I found toughest) but he made it little easy for me though, Back body press. He also tasked me pulling my body up holding a rod in the hight. At last he told me to do 20 sit ups which was no problem for me, as I can do sit ups the best and with ease. Sameer da told me seeing my sit ups that I do have very strong abdomen muscles and abs which needs to be nurtured more. Tomorrow Ill go too. It will be everyday morning from 7:30 till 8:30 except Tuesday.
